I love this bag. I fly twice a week and this thing has taken a beating. It shows in some places, but it seems I will get several years easily out of it. The built in garment bag is very hand for 3-4 shirts and snaps into place in the lid. The two toiletries bags snap into place at the top and bottom of the main compartment. The handle is ROCK SOLID. Never felt a handle quite this sturdy before (It can get very cold in the winter though). The handle also has a little rubbery thing on the other side to help cushion if you really load it up. The wheels are very, very quite compared to other expensive bags. I love the color too. Most Victorinox red bags are that terrible, terrible bright red that makes it look like it belongs at Sears, but this one has such a beautiful, understated red.
The only thing I don't like about this bag....it's damn heavy when it's empty. I would not recommend this for anyone who is concerned about that.
