Customer Review: Almost great bag with a few flaws

I purchased this after positive experiences with other Victorinox products over the past few years. The looks of the bag are great, and all of the handles and zippers fight tightly along the exterior, so there is little to get caught on clothing or other bags.
I give it only 3 stars for a few reasons - the interior lining is a porous fabric and the handle on mine broke twice during the first two trips I took with this bag.
The lining isn't a total deal-breaker, but unlike my 27" Victorinox which is closer to nylon, this is closer to cotton, and was already showing wear 2 trips into life. By comparison my 27" is 3 years old, has been on 20-30 trips in that time and looks brand new inside.
The handle is ultimately the reason I returned the bag. The button had a great feel out of the box, but simply popped off on my flight home while in the overhead bin. I was able to locate it and actually had it repaired, but the exact same thing happened on the next flight. The button is held in by two screws which are inaccessible to the end user without peeling off the rubber handle pad.
There is now a 2.0 version of the bag that replaces this model, but I've never seen it so I can't confirm whether or not it addresses either of these issues.
